This course is designed for students to understand and apply knowledge of nursing care to adults and the aging population with chronic disease management across different living options and healthcare systems. The course will include concepts of physiological changes of the adult and aging adults, common chronic health problems for adults and aging adults, and coping with quality and end of life. Includes clinical and simulation experiences. Prerequisites: NUR 202, 221, 232, 242, and 250. Enrollment in NUR 315 requires simultaneous enrollment in NUR 315C (clinical).
